yoddle services are primarily provided through mobile devices. Please note that this policy only applies to our data collection and use practices for yoddle services and does not apply to the data collection and use practices of other companies or organizations whose products, services or websites you may use or gain access through the yoddle Application. For information on the data collection and use practices of those third parties, please refer to their respective policies and procedures.

Types of Information We Collect and Use. Through the yoddle Application and in combination with third party sources, we collect and use personal user information and aggregate access and use data. We collect this information and data from a variety of sources, including uses, user submissions, transactions and from third parties such as our business partners and clients. A general description of the types of information we collect and how we use that information is provided below. Sometimes, we record your phone number. We record your phone number when you send it to us; ask us to remember it;. If you ask us to remember your phone number, we will associate your phone number with your yoddle account or with some other similar account ID. We often generate this account ID based on your device and hardware IDs, so if you change your device or hardware, you will have to re-associate this new device or hardware with your account before we can authenticate you.

Personal User Information. We require that you provide use the following information: username, gender, and age. In addition, we may request from you or you may otherwise voluntarily opt-in to provide us information that may identify you personally. Also, we may receive personal information from third party service providers, clients and strategic partners as part of the yoddle Application. Depending on the product or service used, the personal information we may collect typically includes contact information (such as name, address, email address and telephone number), demographic information (such as age, gender, occupation and household income) and billing information (shipping and billing address, credit card information). When we request personal information from you it is on an opt-in basis as a general requirement to enhance your communications with other yoddle members, non-yoddle members or businesses.

Location Data. The yoddle application offers location-enabled services, such as the “Send My Location” feature or “Request location” feature. We will receive information about your location or the location of the party you are interacting with (such as GPS signals sent by your mobile device) or information that can be used to approximate a location (such as a cell ID).

Information you provide about others. When you share the yoddle application with family and friends using the functionality provided within the yoddle application, we may collect the personal information you provide about those people, such as telephone number and/or email address.

Cookies. When you opt-in or use the yoddle Application, one or more cookies, web beacons or action tags may be sent to your device or otherwise used in connection with your visit or use. A cookie is a small data file that is sent to your device by a Website when you visit. When stored on your device, a cookie uniquely identifies your browser and records your preferences and other data about your visit. Cookies are also sometimes used to complete transactions requested by users. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. For a session cookie, once you close your browser the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie stays stored on your device for an extended period of ime. Sharing Information with Third Parties. We may share your personal information with third parties for compensation under the following conditions: Consent. We have received your consent or permission by your opting in to our affiliate’s programs, or by opting-in to use any yoddle affiliate’s service.

Business Transfers. Information about our users is one of our most important business assets. As such, information about our users, including personal information, may be disclosed and transferred as part of any merger or acquisition, creation of a separate business to provide yoddle products and services, the sale or pledge of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets.

Protection of yoddle; Compliance with Law. The yoddle Application use and provide access to products, services and content of third parties (collectively, “Third Party Properties”), such as products and services, links and advertisements. Please be aware that we do not control and are not responsible for the information collection and use practices and policies of these third parties, and that by accessing or using Third Party Properties they may collect information regarding your use and access. In general, links on the yoddle Applicagtion and as part of whether part of a listing, advertisement or other content, only collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable information about you. However, we encourage you to be aware when you use a Third Party Property or leave the yoddle Application and review any third party’s data and information collection and use practices and policies with regard to their own Website, products or services.

Information Storage and Security. We have implemented and use a variety of industry accepted physical, electronic and managerial policies and procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect to help prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction and to maintain its accuracy and correct use. We generally store the information and data we collect servers in a secure environment and restrict access to your personal information to employees and agents who need to know that information in order to provide you with access and use of the yoddle Application and as otherwise set forth and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. While we have taken efforts to safeguard and secure your personal information, we cannot guarantee that your information may not be disclosed, altered or destroyed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others.

Choice. Typically you will have the choice of whether or not to provide us certain personal information. However, you may not be able to access or use some features of the yoddle Application if you chose not to provide us with the information required for the Application. You will be able to correct any of your personal information associated with the yoddle Application if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. yoddle does not request or knowingly collect personally identifiable information online or offline contact information from users under 13 years of age; or knowingly use or share personal information from users under 13 years of age with third parties; It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information given to us or pertaining to children under 13. If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the information, we will immediately delete the information from our servers.

In certain states, as a resident of such state, you have the right to request from us the names and addresses of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information about you in the preceding calendar year and whom we know or reasonably should know to have used such information for direct marketing purposes.
